  • Retreat Cancellation:  In the event of a retreat cancellation, we will do a full refund, including the deposit.

Retreat Activities and Ceremonies

Our retreats offer a series of activities and ceremonies that are planned in advance. However, please note that the activities and frequency of these events may be subject to change based on the needs and dynamics of the group. We will make changes that are in the best interest of all participants and ensure their safety and well-being.

Retreat Participant Safety and Integrity

If, during the retreat, a participant's behavior or actions jeopardize or pose a risk to their own safety, the safety of others, or the overall integrity of the retreat, we reserve the right to take necessary actions to maintain balance and safety. This may include prohibiting a participant from participating in specific ceremonies or even asking them to leave the retreat early. In such cases, we will provide support to ensure a safe and harmonious transition.

Retreat Unexpected Events

In the event of unexpected circumstances that may disrupt the planned course of the retreat, we will develop alternative plans to promote the common harmony and well-being of all participants.

Retreat Participant Misrepresentation

If a participant provides false information regarding their physical, mental, or emotional condition, we reserve the right to ask them to leave the retreat without issuing a refund.

Retreat Personal Responsibility

A participant cannot sign up for the retreat on behalf of another person. Each individual attending the retreat must contact us directly and go through the screening process.

Retreat Participant Departure

If a participant decides to leave the retreat at any point, we will support their decision and assist in coordinating transportation and logistics to ensure their safe return home or to their desired destination. However, the participant is responsible for covering the costs associated with their departure, including transportation and any additional expenses. No refunds will be provided for the remaining retreat days.

Retreat Modifications and Unforeseen Circumstances

We reserve the right to make necessary modifications to the retreats or activities due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to inform participants of any changes in a timely manner.

Retreat Responsibility and Liability

While we are responsible for the provision and quality of the services described in the retreat programs, we act as intermediaries between participants and service providers. We declare our commitment to ensuring the fulfillment of these services. However, we are not liable for delays, strikes, natural disasters, or any loss, damage, or irregularity caused by third parties or events beyond our control. We are also exempt from damages resulting from modifications or delays in air travel included in the retreat itinerary.

Retreat Changes to Services

The products and/or services offered for each destination may undergo changes due to unforeseen events during the trip, such as accidents, strikes, or natural disasters. Therefore, we reserve the right to make necessary changes to ensure the success of the acquired products or services. These changes may include modifications to the itinerary, hotels, or other services, providing alternatives of equal or superior quality that enhance the overall trip experience and passenger satisfaction.

Retreat Non-Use or Abandonment of Services

Once the retreat has commenced, there will be no refunds for any unused services or the abandonment of services by the participant.

Removal from the Retreat

We have the authority to remove a participant from the retreat if their behavior, based on serious moral or disciplinary grounds that have been duly proven, poses a threat to the success and well-being of the retreat. In such cases, the participant will be asked to leave, and no refund will be issued.

Retreat Participant's Responsibility for Personal Belongings

The participant is responsible for their luggage and personal belongings throughout the retreat. We recommend obtaining insurance coverage to protect against loss, theft, damage, or deterioration of personal effects.
